trying to update my iphone but i keep getting a warning box saying:
the iphone could not be updated because the firmware file is not compatible.
can someone please help me with this??

What version of iTunes?Which model iPhone?
What version of iOS are you attempting to upgrade to?
Has the device ever been jailbroken?
