iPad camera doesn´t work!

I´ve got the new Ipad (3rd. generation). I´m really pleased with it, but in the last few days, my camera App started to bug!

When I open the App (it is the standard camera application), it takes ages for it to load! It is just stuck with the normal "opening-screen"!

But after about 20 seconds, it usually opens... But when I then try to take a picture, it totally freezes! The App doesn´t work anymore, and I will have to close it in the multitasking bar. Btw-> PhotoBooth does work just fine.

I hope someone can help me out😕 Thanks in advance!

Have you tried closing the Camera app completely and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? From the home screen (i.e. not with the Camera app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Camera app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.

If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
