email error codes 3259

I keep getting error codes when trying to log on to get email. I am clearly connected to the internet and have verified email settings. I use the same settings on my macbook that I do on my mac desktop and I can't get my email from the cloud. i am using Outlook for Mac on my desktop and Entourage on my laptop. The error codes are : 3259, 3260. I can't seem to find any info on theses codes
