Expresscard34 CFcard adaptor

Hi All

Getting great use out of my MBP Expresscard34 slot with SXS card from Sony EX
BUT thinking I might be able to speed up transfer from CF cards that I use for stills in Nikon D700 by buying a Expresscard34 CFcard adaptor. From what I read none of the CF adaptors work.
And even if they did with Snow Leopard they probably will not work with Lion
Has any had any success with this?
