stuck in ihome mode

My Iphone is stuck on the setting as if it's on the Ihome still, text tones don't work, music doesn't play through speakers and unlock and keyboard clicks do not work as well. Ocassionaly the sounds will work up until i lock the phone again. Sound works perfectly fine with headphones too. If I put my Iphone on the Ihome dock and take it off real quick and press play on my music it will work for about 2 seconds then it goes back into the Ihome preference. I've hard restarted multiple times, i've updated my phone to 5.1.1, nothing is working... Any ideas please!
