Q: my iphone 3gs is completely stopping. i can not use my screen and nothing i do is working. what do i do??

hold down the home/power button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

what were you doing prior to it stopping, does it have in battery life, try charging it for 10 to 15 minutes.
