Problems after reinstalling Tiger

Hi Everyone!

A while back I had to reinstall because of problems with the "activity transport monitor". Ever since then, Im having all kinds of problems with iTunes & iPhoto and who knows what else that I just havent found yet.

I have noticied that everytime I run disc utility this shows up:

Determining correct file permissions.

Permissions differ on ./Library, should be drwxrwxr-t , they are drwxrwxr-x

Owner and group corrected on ./Library

Permissions corrected on ./Library

After Ive repaired it, it says that it has been corrected but I dont think it is really because it ALWAYS comes up!

Does anyone know what this could mean? Im not a computer expert by far...so I dont even know what to look up to try to figure out what the prob is.
