Q: Act Of Valor Digital Copy Error!

I'm getting a error when I'm redeem the digital copy code for Act Of Valor that states " An error has occurred while copying Act Of Valor/Mike McCoy& Scott Waugh from your DVD to your Computer.  You do not have enough access privileges for this operation"  What would cause this and how can I fix this?  I have submitted my code three times and each time I get the same error.  I have tried the disk in my Blu-Ray burner and the internal DVD drive of my iMac.
