Q: I plug in my ipod shuffle to my computer and it dosn't pop up in itunes and when i try to turn it on it dosn't come on either. What do i do.

I synced my generation 2 ipod a few minutes ago then unplugged it and then plugged it back in. When i did the light didn't come on to charge it and it didn't appear in the itunes. I tried to update it but that didn't work either and I also held in the play/pause button but that didn't work. What can I do?

If you have not already, disconnect iPod shuffle and completely shut down (power off) your computer. Also, use this procedure to reset the shuffle

Turn on computer. Run iTunes. Connect iPod shuffle.
