Unable to drag album

Hi

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'm using the layered paper template in iweb but can't seem to make the album page work. I have tried dragging albums from my HD as well as individual photos to the album widget but nothing happens! The photo (or album) doesn't embed or import but springs back to my HD folder.

Any advice or ideas on where I'm going wrong here would be appreciated.
