hai sir my ipod classic and i have one problem with that product.
in videos sound is very low but in audio it's ok.

What format are the videos?
Does the videos sound good, when played in iTunes?
It is most likely your video encoder issue.
Try thisApple Support Article test video, convert it in iTunes and sync it to the iPod classic and see the audio quality. If it is bad, bring your iPod to the Apple Store for them to have a look.
