After download an application from the app store on my iPad i lost all sound for all my application, how do i sought this out?

Is it all apps or do Music and Videos apps still have sound ? If they do then have you got notifications muted ? Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. I had this same issue but what I'm running into is that I either have to have it muted, which completely disables my sound on my application, or I have to have it locked onto the landscape rotation in which I can not have it standing upright. Is there a way to not have either one check marked? (because it doesn't seem possible on my iPad 2) 5tv66666666
