Document&Data synchronization problem

I have recently posted a question regarding Journals in iCloud in iOS iPhoto: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3997472

But yesterday I have tested document synchronization between Mac and iPhone using iA Writer and it didn't work either. Both iOS iPhoto and iA Writer uses a Document&Data option in iCloud. The result of writing some document on a Mac and trying to open on iPhone (and vice versa) is that I see the name of created file but I'm unable to open it and if I change something within a document that is on both machines the files won't synchronize.

When I try to access a document from Mac on an iPhone in its console (seen on iPhone Configuration Utility) I see something like this:

"Deny file-write-data" also shows up when I try to send journal to an iCloud.

Everything else - calendar, contacts, photo stream seem to be working fine.

I've already called Apple Support but they won't help me because my AppleCare period is over. It seems that they are not interesed that I would like to buy some extra GB in an iCloud.
