Shuffle mode doesn't work. Is this a setting?
The same just keeps looping, playing over and over again. Any solutions?

It sounds like the repeat setting has been enabled. See page 21 of your iPod's User Guide for instructions on turning it off.

IPod nano - shuffle setting doesn't work either does the normal play mode - the same song keeps looping. Any ideas?
