I cannot retrieve my administrator password
Thank you for yor help! I have a Mac OS X 10.2
iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2), and new to MAC....
It is unclear which version of Mac OS X you are running. I do not know about 10.2. If it is 10.7.2, you should boot into the Recovery Partition (Hold down the option key while booting and select the recovery partition). From there you will be able to reset your password.
