OSX Lion - Download impossible on App Store

Hi all,

Just bought the Mac OS X Lion on the App Store, however when I click on "Download", nothing happens...

I tried several alternatives as holding the "Alt" key while clicking on the "Download" button, or on the logo... Still nothing...

Also, I did not get any mail telling me I purchased this OS, is that normal ?

Any idea to solve this issue ?

Is there a way to have my money back if I cannot download it ?
