no im not really am i, conecting my i phone 4 to computer, itunes is making updates for 20mins, then at the end of updating, coming up with a big red cross saying firmware file is not compatible, any help would be appreciated
I'm assuming this is for the iPhone 4 as listed in your signature. What is its current iOS version? And... has been previously jailbroken (THAT would be the cause of your problems)?

do you mean that the phone has been unlocked, this phone has'nt been unlocked or jailbroken
