My facetime call video is upside-down. how do I fix this?

the upside-down picture just rotates with the ipad and stays upside-down. no dont have rotation lock on... ???
the other party can rotate their ipad and same thing... Also, we have used this several times and it always worked fine before now...

Have you tried a reset?
Hold home button and sleep button until screen turns off, Apple logo appears-release.
I did the reset on my iPad it didnt help, although the other party is not too tech savy so it will have to wait till I can get over there and do it myself...
Try completing a restore from iTunes.
Be sure to back up everything on you ipad through itunes or through icloud
