If you've got interference with a Bigfoot networks LSP, first try updating the drivers on your Bigfoot networking device. (I've seen a few reports that that can help with the Bigfoot variation.)

Head to the following page at Dell (I'm assuming you're based in the US):

Click on the Drivers and Downloads Home thingy for Home users, and enter your Alienware's Service tag.

That should take you to a page with links to available updates for your model (which will hopefully include the networking card).
