Safari Menu bar on iPad 2 changed color

Safari menu bar on iPad 2 is normally grey with black lettering. When I recently loaded Safari, the menu bar was black with white lettering.

How can I return the bar to its normal color?

Thanks for your help.

Settings > General > Accessability > check the White on Black option is off.

Although that would change everything else too.. any apps installed recently?
