How can I OPT OUT of the email / spam filtering that seems to be done by iCloud.?
I understand the implications of this and want emails, even if they are judged by apple as being "spammy" or potentially questionable.

There does not appear to be a way of doing this.

Apple as suggested youcontact them if you have any examples of false positives as a result of automatic spam filtering.
i would like this option as well. apple is filtering too many legitimate emails and there is no way to know when you don't get an email you should have received. it is crazy!!!
