I click on the app I want to buy, and it tells me I need to sign in to view my billing details, so I sign in on the pop up box, and then that's it, it won't do anything... It doesn't matter how I sign in

If you have security software (anti virus) installed you may need to disable that in order to download apps or updates from the App Store.
