Will charging my iPhone all night affect my battery at all?

I dont think so. I leave mine charge all night and have since I bought it years ago and it works fine. Read http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1476 about charging
It will fully charge the battery, but there are no adverse effects to leaving it charge all night.

No. Let it run down until shutoff once a month to keep the battery meter calibrated.
let the battery drain till 3,4 % and then u charge your phone but make sure to disconnect the cable once it get 100% charge. do not keep connected whole night.. its not good for the phone as well as for the battery.
and i too go with the words of modular747 let your phone get switch off after that charge your phone.
usually what i was doing earlier was when ever my phone battery was going down below 50% i was pluging it for charging, later i noticed i am facing battery backup issue. so what i did was.. i was using my phone till battery % shows 3,4 % and switching off my phone and charging it, it helped me a bit of a good backup. try this ones.
Incorrect. There is NO need to disconnect the charger when it reaches 100%. In fact, the battery isn't fully charged when 100% is first displayed and it benefits with additional charging. In any event, the battery can't be damaged by leaving it charge overnight.
ahan... i was been told not to keep it on charging after it get 100% it will effect battery backup. thanks for the info.
I've done it with every phone I've had with no problems. Same with all the tablets I've owned. Don't fret over the battery. Charge it over night and enjoy the phone 🙂
