Q: AfterAfter downloading is complete i get message the download was completed and ok, but when i click icon on desk top all i get is the Software License Agreement for iTunes for Windows.  I accept but nothing happens?

After downloading is completed I get a message that the download was completed and OK, but when I click the icon on desk top, all i get is the Software license Agreement for itunes for windows sceen.  I click accept but nothing happens and i can't open the program?  Any body else have that problem I using windows XP

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1
