I am having a very frustrating time with petty much my whole MAC deal.. This might be confusing be confusing because I have several things going on, I believe. First.. TIME CAPSULE has been blinking a yellow light and isn't responding to AirPort.

I have a time machine that isn't working. Blinking yellow light. I've had it for a while and no problems until I installed lion server. I was only trying to continue to host my iwebsite and thought, "gee, why don't I get this lion server." I am an idiot because I don't know anything about servers or networks, hosts, ports or air or machines with routers, modems, configurations, OH MY, I am the Administrator who isn't cut out for the job. I just saw how much it was to get help on the phone with apple care- who couldn't care-less about my piggy bank.. So if somebody out there could help me I would be SO very thankful. It's late & i am a little frustrated so I appoligize if this description isn't very coherent. Thank You, Melissa

You got it right in the title and everyone gets confused.. Time Capsule hardware.. outside the Mac..

Time Machine, software that does backup inside the Mac.

yeap, that will do it.. even Lion lovers.. find Lion Server to be pretty raw around the edges.. (right through IMHO)..

Firstly download the real utility.

http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1482

V6 which should be in Lion Server as well is pathetic.

Connect the TC direct to the Lion server by ethernet.. turn off all other network connections on both the TC and the computer.. Press and hold the reset for 10sec.

Now open the new airport utility and redo the setup..

I have no idea what broadband you have and if you should have the TC bridged or in router mode.. Tell us more of your setup. But at least you can the get into the TC.

I would highly recommend getting a Technician to help you. Yes,, it will cost but setting up servers is not home user type setup..

Or just go back to your previous setup and get a service to host your website.

Running websites on home network with very small upload bandwidth is just not a great idea anyway.
