Question

Has Apple changed getting to One to One on PC's,

I now keep getting a window that comes up when I try going to my one to one acct. in Safari that says: You must download App Store to get to One to One or access it on your Mac or macBook or iPhone. I downloaded the App but still get the message no matter what I do. No one at Apple seems to know anything about this, and tells me to get help by going to an Apple Store, I can't take my PC out of my Office, I can still get One to One on my Mac & MacBook. Anyone else have this problem?

Nobody here would know. YOu would need to contact Apple

Thanks for the answer, I did try Apple first, Support, Apple Care, and 2 stores, no one could help, My question is Has anyone else had this problem on PC??
