I updated my IOS from 5.1.0 to 5.1.1
The wifi was working great before it and never had that program
but since 2 days, i have tried all the ways mentioned online but still cant find a fix
HELP PLEASE!?

Define "not working". That could honestly be anything from slow connection, to unable to connect, to the Wi-Fi being greyed out in settings.
Without specifics we cannot offer a solution.
Well first it just kept displaying the circle when i turned wifi ON with no avialable
it was working excellent before i updated to 5.1.1 ( was on 5.1)
and today
i did reset network setting few times
and complete reset once
and it picked up my room Wifi
but the connection is 1 bar only
and sometimes it goes on.

I am having the exact same issue, after the update the wifi circle kept spinning forever when searching for a network, and safari tells me to turn wifi on which i obviously did.
