no connected the cameraa
I plug my camera and run imovie 11. and trial to import the video clip, but the Mac no connected with the camera

And what Camera was used - what kind of material: miniDV tapes, mini DVD disks, hard disk Camera, memory Card Camera
And in what Codec does it record.
• If You can import movie into Your Mac - any way ? then open it with QuickTime-player and open Inspector [cmd+I] and read
Video Format/Codec: nnnnnnnnnn
What does it say.
.mp4, .avi, .m4v .mov - etc are bare just containers - so open with QuickTime-player is a must to be able to find out the Codec used.
