Iphone4 speaker not working when on handsfree

My Iphone 4 no longer seems to like being put on speaker when on a call.

I can hear people not a problem, but people can't hear me.

Its really annoying.

I have reset the phone, backup & reported, shut down & restarted it, but nothing seems to fix it.

Is there any tricks, or is she toast.
