Waterproof shuffle will not play

Waterproof shuffle will not play. Charged unit but no green light and no sound. Any sugestions. Used in pool for laps about 4 times.

What is a "waterproof shuffle"? No iPod Shuffle is waterproof.

Contact the company you bought it from - I know that Underwater Audio warranties thier shuffle for a year and I believe others have similar policies. As the waterproofing they add voids apple's warranty, they take it on.
