NetBoot problems

I'm having problems with getting OS X 10.6.8 Server to NetBoot.

I have made an NetBoot image an activated it. When client tries to NetBoot, the client spins the world icon on the screen and just sits there, finally it defaults internal hard drive booting. Client and server are on the same subnet, client sees the netboot image on startup disk preferences.

It keeps nagging about overlapping address ranges, Eth 1 and Eth 2 are in different subnets. I even unplugged Eth 2 and it still keeps saying that.

DHCP is running on Windows server.

Here's the log.
