Q: Im currently running windows 7 on my desktop. Only when I click on my iTunes everything gets enlarged when i turn off iTunes it all goes back to normal size . Don't know how to fix reinstalled same thing not good iTunes is in Spanish

I have windows 7 on my desktop . Only When I click on my iTunes it enlarges everything when I turn it off all goes back to normal this is a huge problem because I cannot change my iTunes from Spanish back to English !! PLEEEASE HELP ME .... Thankz

That one is often a compatibility mode problem. Try the following document, only be sure that none of the boxes in the compatibility mode tab are checked (not just the compatibility mode box itself):
