iTunes to iPhone sync music problem

Here's the deal: iTunes v 10.6.1.7; iPhone iOS 5.1.1


I uploaded music CDs into (and purchased one album on) iTunes and then synced them w my iPhone. I can play the music in iTunes. The album art and song lists show up on my iPhone but when I select an album, the iPhone says "No Music. You can download music from iTunes."


Every once in awhile I'm able to go to the Songs option on my iPhone and get songs to play but most times the phone just displays the song and then begins cycling thru my songlist, not playing anything.


I've tried re-syncing the music to no avail.


Any help would be most apprciated.

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1

Hey, I fixed it!


I disabled my anti-virus software, re-synced and it works!


I'm not sure why Apple doesn't warn iTune users of this...
