All my images are inline but I can't figure out why iBooks seems to get to a certain page number and stops showing pages beyond...any ideas?

Q: ePub pages not showing up in iBooks.
Which template are you using?
How many epub chapters did you insert?
Are you working in landscape or portrait? Doing your layout in landscape?
