    Are you on a Windows PC or a Mac?  Did you recently updated iTunes to the latest version?  Make sure your iTunes folder has been delegated read/write permissions for your particular user account.

     

    Once we have a little more detail as to what kind of platform you are on, we can go into a bit more detail to how you can check the permissions.
