Q: Siri voice changed?? HELP

No, the voice has not changed in the USA, where it is female.  If you came from the UK, it is male there.

Not for me...

Try this:  Ask Siri "Where am I?"  If it answerers "You gotta be s**tting me dumb*ss", your phone has been taken over by the anti-Siri.  Put the phone down, and exit the building in a rapid but orderly manner.

That's good!!  You realize that I was joking, right?

Restart the phone.

I had the same issue, this solution worked for me:

GENERAL>RESET>RESET NETWORK SETTINGS

Right after, Siri sounded normal, louder and clearer, back to normal, hope this helps.
