i have tried restore from icloud.com but nothing also tried from photo stream still nothing.................. please help

To delete your photos from photo stream, log into icloud.com using a browser on a computer. Once logged in, click on your name in upper right to get a pop up window. Click on Advanced and then click Reset Photo Stream.

What do you mean "photo stream there" - are you saying there are photos in the stream? Have you deleted photos on a device or computer that is listed in the stream? Just swipe left or right and press delete.
yes i meant that there are photos in the stream.......i tried from (icloud.com) also
also tried this(the picture below) there is no delete button....
so what is the solution plz........thanks
