Do you mean Share your card?

If so, check your Address Book Help:

    Share your card

You can select which information on your card to share with your contacts when you send them your card. For example, share just your business phone number and keep your home phone number private.

    1. Choose Address Book > Preferences, and then click vCard.
    2. Select “Enable private me card” and then close the preferences window.
    3. In the Address Book window, select your card and click the Edit button.
    4. Select the checkboxes next to the information you want to share.

By default, notes and photos are included when you export your card. To exclude these fields, select the appropriate options in Address Book vCard preferences.
