We haven't been able to get our mac.com mail on any devices, including our iphone adn ipad. I posted on a few other forums hoping to get some answers. We switched to the cloud over a month ago and things were working just great. Any suggestions?

After switching were the mail server settings in your email clients updated to the new iCloud servers as per this article:
I forgot to mention we are on Snow Leopard still, tried to update to Lion and it was a disaster. Did this set up as directed here on forum. It was initially as the link you descriibed. We have tried to get into Apple to change password but the security questions are foreign and the email verifications never come.
