My sound on my 3GS is good when i try out ringtones but when my phone actually rings i cant hear anything. It's brand new. Am i doing something wrong?

Have you checked the mute switch?

Thank you so much...i would have never found that button unless i stumbled upon it! I had no idea it had a mute button and i thought i reviewed the fingertips booklet good. I'm sure it shows the button in there!! Thanx again!!!!!
