iPad 3, 64gig wifi, loses and cannot recover 3G connectivity without a hard reset,,,!

I live in South Africa and am experiencing 3G connection problems. My new IPad 3 loses 3G connection when moving from a wifi connection. To recover my 3G connection I need to in some cases just turn off and on data, and in many instances I need to hard reset. I don't recall having this problem until I updates to IOS 5.1.1

What a joke, I cannot find any decent support in SA just like everything else in this country, and although I have read many other posts of a similar problem, there seems to be no definite fix. Is this problem a hardware issue or just a bug that a new version would be able to fix. I suppose this is what happens to a big company when they loose their brain, Steve.

Come on apple sort your S*^t out.

Irritating. I have owned various apple products, including iPad 1 and 2, iPhones, iPods, NEVER AN ISSUE,,"
