Issues with 3G service

My iPhone has been stuck in 2G most of the day. I am in a location that normally always receives 3G coverage. I've tried turning my phone off for a few minutes as well as rebooting my phone. Any ideas before I take it on to get look at? It's a 32GB sprint iPhone 4S
