Wireless printer not responding.

Hi I use Airport Extreme to connect my printer wirelessly. However despite my printer (epson px710w) showing it is connected neither my laptop nor ipad can find the printer. They say it is disconnected. I have reconfigured printer which happily prints when connected with a cable. Any ideas?
