ITUNES is not opening in windows xp...

i reinstalled itunes but it wont open now i even tried this source http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1776 and deleted SC info.sidb and restart my computer but it still not opening up.

i have reinstalled itunes more than 2 times and also deleted apple service

i have also tried turning off os protection and reinstall it newly but its still wont start up please help... i am getting really frustrated here...

iPod touch, iOS 4.3.3

Repair your QuickTime.

Control Panel > Add n Remove Programs > highlight QuickTime and click CHANGE then REPAIR.
