Jun 9, 2012 10:19 AM in response to Jules67xby D.Z,If your iPod touch has been stolen and you have another iOS device or a mac. You can get a free application from the app store called "find my iPhone" which allows you to track any iOS device connected to wifi and send a message or lock the device from any further use. And if you ever get it back you can unlock it by entering the password you locked the device with (eventually the thief will turn on his/her wifi. Hope this helped. If not contact apple or inform the police.
