Thinking of buying a friend's iBook A1134

I'm a newbie to the Mac ecosystem other than I've been using an iPod for about 10 years, a iPad for about 2 and an iPhone for about 7 months. The above is running 10.4 Tiger. Is there anyway to upgrade it to Leopard or Snow Leopard. I've look throughout the forums and still haven't been able to find an answer. I know because I don't have an Intel Core, I can't upgrade to Lion. My specs are as follows:

Thanks in advance for your assistance 🙂User uploaded file

The highest operating system the iBook can use is Leopard (10.5.8). Good luck finding it at a reasonable price.

You can get a 10.5 Leopard disk on eBay. But be sure you get the full retail install disk and not the gray disks. The gray disks only work with the Mac model that they shipped with.

Retail 10.5 Leopard disk that will install on any Mac.
