"My Mac Cheat Sheet" is there a way to fill-in the information on the computer rather than resort to my terrible handwriting?

I have terrible handwriting! Is there a program that I can import the "My Cheat Sheet" and be able to fill-in the information regarding my system, etc?

Thank you!

Hello,

If you have Word, Office, NeoOffice, OpenOffice, or most any Page Layout App, try this GIF of it...
