Mac OS X (10.7.4) < going by your profile

If you mean you admin password...

Here > Reset a Mac OS X 10.7 Lion Password

Or > OS X Lion: Apple ID can be used to reset your user account password

If you have forgotten your password you should go on youtube. there is a person that shows you how to get in to it without having to type in the password.
