I am working on an Emergency Support Services Plan for my community. I found a software package called SmartDraw that looked good for putting together the visuals in a multiple of charts, diagrams etc in a very easy to use way. However, as I am becoming more and more familiar with, I find it does not work on a Mac!
Does anyone know of a similar software program that will work on a Mac?

I really do not want to run windows if I can help it. Looking at the options you were kind enough to supply I am leaning toward ConceptDraw but will take some time to evaluate it before going any further

Have you considered using Pages?
It has a lot of the same type of objects that Omnigraffle has but at a much more reasonable cost.

Bryan, another solution is to install Windows on your Mac and run SmartDraw that way. Apple provides BootCamp free, I use Parralells Desktop. You have yo purchase a copy of Windows though.

Another really good Smartdraw for Mac alternative is Lucidchart.
Seconding Lucidchart - excellent tool and a better option than most since it's way easier than most.
