Kernel Panic continuous in Lion

I'm having Kernel Panics continued in recent months. They were so close together that even the system was damaged. I formatted the Mac and installed again the OS X Lion, all updates to the latest 1.7.4, I tried repairing disk permissions, reserting the PRAM, and does not fix the problem of kernel panic.

What is happening?

I don't think Little Snitch is causing this. That's just the first item in the list of kernel extensions. To troubleshoot this properly, we would need to know what was running just before the crash. Frequent kernel panics are signs of bad RAM, a failing hard drive, heavy software corruption, poorly written software, permissions issues, corrupt preferences and cache files, and fonts. Note that at the beginning of the log that you submitted, Safari is listed as the process that was running at the time. This could be a bad plugin. Flash is often to blame. Make sure you keep it up to date as well as any other plugins that you have installed.

I beg to differ. I've seen them cause kernel panics several times. I'm not really interested in arguing over this point. I'm just giving suggestions. Without full information from the person having this problem, it's difficult to track down the problem. Most people who post here don't volunteer much info about what they were doing at the time when the issue occurred.

I agree that LS is not the cause. Been using LS for years without problems. The only reason LS is listed "first" in the kext list was beacuse non-apple kext's are always listed first. Also I don't know anything that causes a kernel panic is not running in kernal space (e.g., kexts).

What I suggest as a standard "checklist" item to do here is checking your drives with Disk Utility by running it from your recovery partition. While you said this is a fresh install, who knows? Maybe there's something wrong with the drive that's somehow causing the disk driver to fail.

Probably wouldn't hurt to run Apple Hardware Test either.

Intel-based Macs: Using Apple Hardware Test

Jun 17, 2012 6:43 PM in response to hnavas

Thank you all for your responses and suggestions. About of the details of what causes the Kernel Panics are indifferent, often happens when I'm browsing in safari or chrome, or when I'm retouching images in Aperture, in short, no pattern that causes this.

Take suggestions from various topics and told me to make a Apple Hardware Test and to perform advanced test gave me such errors:

4MEM/4/40000000: 100080

4MEM/1/40000000: 4000c380

4MEM/1/40000000: 4181dc0

4MEM/1/40000000: 8666ac0, etc, etc, etc

20 test with 20 error of the same type.

So far I have read indicate that I should try uninstalling each RAM module to give to this failing, or failing that they might be misplaced. I'm right? or there is any additional solution?.

Regards

My recommendation would be ro remove and reseat all the RAM. If you get another KP then replace all the RAM. Please use the exact specifications Apple suggest and purchase (or return) from a reliable vendor such as OWC (www.macsales.com) or Crucial. Long term KP's will damage the OS so it's critical you get this resolved before that happens.
